Sauteed black wood ear mushrooms with onion cubes


30 grams dried black wood ear mushroom

1 onion

2 red chilies

2 green chilies

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons chili sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Soak the black wood ear mushrooms for 3 hours, blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain


2. Cube the onion


3. Shred the ginger, slice the red chilies and green chilies on the bias
