Sauteed pork with spiced cabbage


200 grams spiced cabbage

300 grams pork

1 green chili

1 red chili

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon mixed spice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon corn starch

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Slice the spiced cabbage


2. Slice the pork thinly, pour the pork in a large bowl, pour mixed spice, soy sauce, and corn starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes


3. Slice garlic cloves, red chili, and green chili


4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant


5. Pour the pork in the skillet, stir until no longer pink


6. Pour the spiced cabbage in the skillet


7. Stir until even


8. Pour the red chili and green chili in the skillet, stir until cooked through


9. Season with salt


10. Serve
