Stir fried bok choy with chestnut mushroom


350 grams bok choy

200 grams chestnut mushroom

3 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Rinse and slice the chestnut mushrooms, shred the ginger, slice the garlic cloves


2. Trim and rinse the bok choy, drain


3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the ginger and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant


4. Drop the chestnut mushrooms in the skillet, stir for about 3 minutes, until tender


5. Drop the bok choy in the skillet, stir until fully cooked


6. Season with salt


7. Turn off the heat, stir for 30 seconds


8. Serve
