Braised duck wings in soy sauce


600 grams duck wing

2 tablespoons cooking wine

1 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons crystal white sugar

5 dried red chilies

1 piece dried orange peel

1 piece ginger

1 piece ginger, shredded

2 green onions

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed


1. Pour cooking wine and some water in a large bowl, immerse the duck wings in the bowl for 30 minutes, drop the shredded ginger in the bowl, change the water regularly


2. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some cold water in the skillet, drop the duck wings in the skillet, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes


3. Take out the duck wings, rinse, drain


4. Slice the ginger and green onions


5. Heat another skillet over low heat, pour soy sauce in the skillet


6. Drop ginger, dried orange peel, crystal white sugar, and dried red chilies in the skillet


7. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet


8. Drop green onions and black peppers in the skillet, pour some water in the skillet


9. Drop the duck wings in the skillet, turn up to high heat, bring to a boil


10. Turn down to medium heat, boil for 15 minutes, until the duck wings are fully cooked


11. Turn up to high heat, boil until thickened


12. Serve, sprinkle the duck wings with roasted white sesame seeds
