Braised streaky pork with green bean and potato


300 grams streaky pork

400 grams green bean

1 potato

5 dried red chilies

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons cooking wine

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder


1. Slice the ginger, slice the streaky pork thickly
