Sauteed sausage with broccoli

Ingredients

1 broccoli

1 sausages

1 piece ginger

5 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon seasoned soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Cut broccoli into florets, immerse the broccoli in salty water for 30 minutes

 

2. Slice the sausage, shred the ginger, chop the garlic cloves

 

3. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, drain

 

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Drop the sausage in the skillet, stir until tender

 

6. Drop the blanched broccoli in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Pour garlic and seasoned soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Serve
