Sauteed fried small fish with peanuts

Ingredients

300 grams small fish

50 grams peanut kernel

5 dried red chilies

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

2 cups vegetable oil

Method

1. Rinse the small fish, drain

 

2. Rinse the peanuts and dried red chilies, slice the dried red chilies

 

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until smoking, drop the peanuts in the skillet, fry until fragrant and crisp, take out, drain

 

4. Drop the small fish in the skillet, fry until golden, take out, drain

 

5. Heat another skillet over medium heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, drop dried red chilies and black peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Throw the fried peanuts and small fish in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Season with salt and white sugar

 

8. Sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Serve
