Clam and green radish soup


1 green radish

500 grams clam

1 tablespoon sliced parsley

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Immerse clams in salty water for 1 hour


2. Rinse and shred the green radish


3. Shred the ginger


4. Clean the clams, rinse, drain


5. Heat a stew pan over high heat, pour some water in the stew pan, drop ginger in the stew pan, bring to a boil


6. Drop green radish in the stew pan, bring to the boil


7. Drop the clams in the stew pan


8. Sprinkle ground black pepper in the stew pan


9. Season with salt, boil until clams are opened


10. Drop sliced parsley and green onions in the stew pan


11. Serve
