Braised sauries with salted black beans


4 sauries

2 tablespoons salted black bean

2 red chilies

5 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger

2 green onions

2 sprigs parsley

2 tablespoons cooking wine

2 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Remove guts and gills from the fish, rinse, drain


2. Slice the green onions, parsley, red chilies, and garlic cloves, shred the ginger


3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour salt in the skillet


4. Lay the fish in the skillet


5. Fry until two sides are golden


6. Pour cooking wine in the skillet


7. Drop red chilies, ginger, garlic, and salted black beans in the skillet, fry until fragrant


8. Pour seasoned soy sauce in the skillet


9. Pour some water in the skillet, until the fish are submerged, bring to a boil, spoon the soup on the fish constantly, boil for 6 minutes, until almost thickened


10. Sprinkle vinegar in the skillet


11. Drop green onions and parsley in the skillet


12. Serve
