Braised pork ribs in cranberry sauce


500 grams pork rib

50 grams dried cranberry

1 piece ginger, sliced

3 shallots, chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons crystal white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
