Sauteed tender peas with veal sausage

Ingredients

2 veal sausages

200 grams tender pea

1 carrot

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 piece ginger, chopped

Method

1. Cube the veal sausages

 

2. Peel and dice the carrot, rinse the tender peas

 

3. Blanch tender peas and carrot in boiling water for 3 minutes, take out, drain

 

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Drop the veal sausages in the skillet

 

6. Stir until golden

 

7. Drop the tender peas and carrot in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Stir until even

 

11. Serve
