Roasted potato puree with bacon and cheese

Ingredients

2 potatoes

2 small pieces bacon

1/3 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 piece cheese, grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Slice the bacon into small chunks

 

2. Peel and slice the potatoes, put the potato slices in a dish

 

3. Put the dish in the steamer

 

4. Steam for 15 minutes, until cooked through

 

5. Pour the potatoes in a bowl, smash into potato puree

 

6. Add some ground black pepper and salt in the bowl

 

7. Mix until even

 

8. Pour milk in the bowl, mix until even

 

9. Pour the potato mixture in a baking bowl, flatten with a spoon

 

10. Sprinkle the potato mixture with bacon and cheese
