Homemade potato fries


3 potatoes

2 cups vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon tomato sauce


1. Peel and slice the potatoes into strips


2. Rinse the potatoes for 2 to 3 times, until the starch on the surface is removed


3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil, drop the potato strips in the skillet, add some salt in the skillet


4. Bring to the boil, boil for 1 minute


5. Take out the potato strips


6. Put the potato strips in cold water


7. Take out the potato strip from the cold water, drain


8. Put the potato strips in the freezer to freeze, until frozen


9. Heat a fry pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the frozen potato strips in the fry pan


10. Fry until golden


11. Take out the potato strips, drain


12. Sprinkle the potato fries with sea salt


13. Serve with tomato dipping sauce
