Sauteed king oyster mushroom with green pepper


2 king oyster mushrooms

4 green peppers

1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Rinse the mushrooms, slice into sections


2. Slice the mushrooms into sticks


3. Trim the green peppers, remove seeds from the green peppers


4. Shred the green peppers


5. Immerse the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 seconds, take out, drain


6. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the garlic and green onion in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, drop the green peppers in the fry pan


7. Stir until fragrant


8. Add the mushrooms in the fry pan, stir until cooked through


9. Add barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar in the fry pan


10. Stir until even


11. Serve
