Milk tea with black grass jelly

Ingredients

500 grams milk

2 black tea bags

30 grams black grass jelly powder

60 grams white sugar

Method

1. Pour some water in a sauce pan

 

2. Pour half of the white sugar in the sauce pan

 

3. Pour black grass jelly powder in the sauce pan

 

4. Mix until even

 

5. Heat the sauce pan over low heat, until thoroughly cooked

 

6. Pour the mixture in a rectangular bowl, set aside

 

7. Pour milk in another sauce pan

 

8. Add the remaining white sugar in the sauce pan

 

9. Heat the sauce pan over low heat, until the white sugar is dissolved

 

10. Put the black tea bags in the sauce pan

 

11. Continue heat the sauce pan for 3 minutes

 

12. Remove the black grass jelly from the bowl, dice

 

13. Put some diced black grass jellies in a glass cup

 

14. Add some milk tea in the glass cup, done
