Thin zucchini pancakes

Ingredients

180 grams all purpose flour

1 zucchini

2 eggs

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Rinse and grate the zucchini

 

2. Put the zucchini in a large bowl, add salt in the bowl

 

3. Mix until even, set aside for 15 minutes

 

4. Crack the eggs in the bowl

 

5. Mix until even

 

6. Add flour in the bowl

 

7. Mix until even, set aside for 20 minutes

 

8. Grease a fry pan with vegetable oil, heat the fry pan over low heat

 

9. Pour the zucchini mixture in the fry pan, spread with a spatula

 

10. Turn over the pancake

 

11. Fry until two sides are golden

 

12. Take out the pancake, slice
