Braised tofu slices in oyster sauce

Ingredients

500 grams tofu

1 egg

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 green garlic, sliced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Slice the tofu into thin squares

 

2. Crack the egg in a bowl, mix until even

 

3. Put the tofu slices in the beaten egg, until coated

 

4. Heat a fry pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, lay the tofu slices in the fry pan

 

5. Fry the tofu slices until two sides are golden

 

6. Take out the tofu slices, set aside

 

7. Add green onions and garlic in the fry pan, stir until fragrant

 

8. Pour some water in the fry pan

 

9. Add the fried tofu slices in the fry pan, pour oyster sauce in the fry pan

 

10. Add soy sauce in the fry pan

 

11. Simmer for 5 minutes, until almost thickened

 

12. Drop the green garlic in the fry pan, stir until even

 

13. Serve
