Broad bean simmered rice

Ingredients

200 grams broad bean

300 grams cooked rice

100 grams sausage

100 grams bacon

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Remove the skin of the broad beans

 

2. Slice the sausage

 

3. Slice the bacon

 

4. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the sausage and bacon in the fry pan, stir for 2 minutes

 

5. Add broad beans in the fry pan

 

6. Stir until even

 

7. Add the cooked rice and some water in the fry pan

 

8. Cover the fry pan with a lid, turn down to low heat, simmer for 20 minutes

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Serve
