Deep fried shrimps with vermicelli


300 grams shrimp

80 grams vermicelli

1 small bunch parsley

2 cups vegetable oil

5 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons cooking wine


1. Immerse the vermicelli in cold water for 30 minutes


2. Put the shrimp in freezer to freeze for 20 minutes, take out, remove the head and shell from the shrimp


3. Devein the shrimp


4. Chop the garlic cloves and parsley


5. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, and cooking wine in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes


6. Add parsley and garlic in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes


7. Twine each shrimp with vermicelli


8. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until almost smoking, put the shrimp in the fry pan, fry until golden


9. Take out the shrimp, drain


10. Serve
