Deep fried shrimps with vermicelli


300 grams shrimp

80 grams vermicelli

1 small bunch parsley

2 cups vegetable oil

5 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons cooking wine


1. Immerse the vermicelli in cold water for 30 minutes


2. Put the shrimps in freezer to freeze for 20 minutes, take out, remove the head and shell from the shrimps


3. Devein the shrimps


4. Chop the garlic cloves and parsley


5. Put the shrimps in a bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, and cooking wine in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes


6. Add parsley and garlic in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes


7. Twine each shrimp with vermicelli


8. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until almost smoking, put the shrimps in the fry pan, fry until golden


9. Take out the shrimps, drain


10. Serve
