How to make canned apricot jam

Ingredients

800 grams apricot

400 grams white sugar

Method

1. Rinse the apricots

 

2. Dry the apricots in the air

 

3. Slice the apricots in half

 

4. Remove the core

 

5. Put the apricots in a large bowl

 

6. Add white sugar in the bowl

 

7. Mix until even

 

8. Set aside for 2 hours

 

9. Pour the apricots and juice in a sauce pan

 

10. Heat the sauce pan over low heat, boil for 40 minutes, stir constantly to prevent sticking

 

11. Fill some glass jars with the apricot jam, seal each jar with its lid

 

12. Done
