Homestyle beef tenderloin stir fry


300 grams beef tenderloin

1 green chili

1 red chili

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon starch

1 small bunch parsley, sliced

3 dried red chilies, sliced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

3 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Slice crosswise the red and green chili


2. Slice the beef tenderloin into thin slices


3. Add the beef tenderloin in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and cooking wine in the bowl


4. Pour starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 15 minutes


5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies in the fry pan, stir until fragrant


6. Stir until thoroughly cooked


7. Add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white sugar in the fry pan,


8. Stir until even


9. Add the red and green chilies in the fry pan


10. Stir until cooked through


11. Add the parsley in the fry pan, stir until even


12. Serve
