Simple fried chicken wings


10 chicken wings

8 grams salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Rinse the chicken wings, make some gashes in the chicken wings


2. Add the chicken wings in a bowl,, sprinkle salt in the bowl


3. Mix until even


4. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap


5. Put the bowl in the refrigerator to refrigerate for a night


6. Heat a fry pan over low heat, grease the fry pan with vegetable oil


7. Put the chicken wings in the fry pan


8. Fry until two sides are golden


9. Serve, sprinkle the chicken wings with ground black pepper
