Savoury egg custard pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Crack the eggs in a bowl

 

2. Mix until even

 

3. Season with salt

 

4. Add some warm water in the bowl, the ratio of beaten egg to warm water is 1:1.8 - 1:2.2, in other words, 100 grams of beaten egg need 180 - 220 grams warm water to mix

 

5. Mix until even

 

6. Sift the beaten eggs

 

7. Set aside for 10 minutes

 

8. Pour the beaten eggs in some small bowls

 

9. Seal each small bowl with plastic wrap
