Black sesame pancakes

Ingredients

300 grams all purpose flour

3 grams yeast

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

300 grams black sesame seed

150 grams olive oil

Method

1. Fry the black sesame seeds over low heat, until fragrant

 

2. Pour the black sesame seeds and olive oil in the food processor to process into butter

 

3. Pour the black sesame butter in a large jar, set aside

 

4. Add flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl, mix until even, add some water in the bowl

 

5. Mix until even, knead, roll the dough into a ball

 

6. Roll the dough, cover the dough with plastic wrap, set aside to rise for 30 minutes

 

7. Divide the dough into some small pieces

 

8. Roll each piece into a ball, roll each ball until round and flat

 

9. Put some black sesame butter in the center of each dough, roll up each dough

 

10. Fold the two ends to the center, pinch until firmed

 

11. Press each dough until flat

 

12. Roll each dough until flat and thin with a rolling pin

 

13. Heat a fry pan over low heat, grease the fry pan with vegetable oil, put the doughs in the fry pan

 

14. Fry until two sides are golden

 

15. Serve, enjoy
