Stir fried celtuce with omelettes

Ingredients

500 grams celtuce

2 eggs

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Trim and peel the celtuce

 

2.  Shred the celtuce

 

3. Put the shredded celtuce in a bowl, add some salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes

 

4. Squeeze out and pour off the excess water from the celtuce

 

5. Crack the eggs in another bowl, mix until even, heat a fry pan over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, pour the beaten eggs in the fry pan, scramble the eggs, take out, set aside

 

6. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the celtuce in the fry pan, stir until softened

 

7. Add the omelettes back in the fry pan, stir until even

 

8. Serve
