Sauteed vermicelli with minced pork


100 grams vermicelli

50 grams lean pork, minced

3 tablespoons barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon green onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

3 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Immerse the vermicelli in cold water for 2 hours


2. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the minced pork in the fry pan, stir until the color is changed


3. Add green onions, ginger, garlic, barbecue sauce, and cooking wine in the fry pan, stir until even


4. Pour some water in the fry pan, until the minced pork is submerged


5. Add the vermicelli in the fry pan


6. Add the soy sauce in the fry pan, stir for 3 minutes, until cooked through


7. Serve
