Homestyle pickle pancake


200 grams pickle

150 grams all purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Slice the pickles into small chunks


2. Put the sliced pickles in a large bowl, pour flour in the bowl


3. Crack the eggs in the bowl, add white sugar and some salt in the bowl


4. Pour some water in the bowl, stir in one direction, until even and smooth


5. Grease the fry pan with vegetable oil


6. Heat the fry pan over medium heat, pour some batter in the fry pan, spread with a spatula


7. Fry for 5 minutes, turn over the pancake


8. Fry for 4 minutes, until cooked through


9. Slice the pancakes into small pieces


10. Serve
