Sauteed chicken giblets with green peppers


250 grams chicken gizzard

150 grams chicken liver

4 green peppers

1 piece ginger, sliced

1 piece ginger, shredded

3 garlic cloves, sliced

3 tablespoons cooking wine

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce


1. Slice the green peppers


2. Slice the chicken gizzards


3. Slice the chicken livers


4. Put the chicken gizzard and chicken livers in a bowl, add cooking wine, rice vinegar, and sliced ginger in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 15 minutes


5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the shredded ginger and garlic in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, add the chicken giblets in the fry pan, stir until curled


6. Add the green peppers in the fry pan, stir for 2 minutes


7. Add little water in the fry pan, season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt


8. Stir until even


9. Serve
