Sauteed pork with smoked tofu and green pepper

Ingredients

200 grams lean pork, shredded

120 grams smoked tofu

150 grams green pepper

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons cooking wine

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Trim the green peppers, remove the seeds from the green peppers, slice the green peppers, slice the smoked tofu

 

2. Add the shredded pork, cooking wine, cooking wine, soy sauce, and some white sugar in a bowl, mix until even, set aside for 15 minutes, heat a fry pan over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the pork in the fry pan, stir for 2 minutes, until the color is changed

 

3. Take out the pork, set aside

 

4. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the fry pan, add green onions, ginger, and garlic in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, add the smoked tofu and green peppers in the fry pan

 

5. Stir until fully cooked, season with salt

 

6. Add the pork back in the fry pan, add the remaining white sugar in the fry pan, stir until even

 

7. Serve
