Sauteed small shrimps with garlic chives

Ingredients

200 grams small shrimp

300 grams garlic chive

2 cups vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Rinse and slice the garlic chives

 

2. Rinse the small shrimps, drain

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the small shrimps in the skillet

 

4. Fry for 30 seconds, take out the small shrimps

 

5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the garlic chives in the fry pan, stir for 1 minute

 

6. Add the small shrimps in the fry pan, season with salt

 

7. Stir for 30 seconds

 

8. Serve
