Nori egg rolls


4 eggs

50 grams milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 piece ham sausage

20 grams nori

1 small bunch green onion

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Chop the ham sausage and nori, slice the green onions


2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, mix until even


3. Add milk and salt in the bowl


4. Add the ham sausage, nori, and green onions in the bowl


5. Mix until even


6. Heat a fry pan over medium low heat, grease the fry pan with vegetable oil, pour some egg mixture in the fry pan, spread until thin and even


7. Heat the egg mixture until cooked through, roll up the pancake


8. Heat the closed surfaces for 30 seconds, until firmed


9. Slice crosswise the long roll into some small rolls


10. Serve
