Red bean and yam cake


100 grams red bean

2 iron stick yams

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon rose sauce


1. Soak the red beans for a night


2. Pour the red beans in a stew pan, add some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to medium heat, boil for 30 minutes


3. Peel the yams


4. Slice the yams, put the yams in a bowl, put the bowl in the steamer to steam for 10 minutes


5. Take out the yams


6. Add white sugar in the stew pan, mix until even


7. Mash the yams into yam puree
