Coconut flavored deep fried bread balls

Ingredients

200 grams all purpose flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

3 grams yeast

25 grams white sugar

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

2 cups vegetable oil

Method

1. Pour the all purpose flour in a large bowl, crack the eggs in the bowl, add white sugar and yeast in the bowl

 

2. Add milk and water in the bowl, mix until crumbly

 

3. Knead into a dough, roll the dough into a ball, cove the bowl with plastic wrap, set aside to rise, until doubled in size

 

4. Roll gently the dough to remove air bubbles

 

5. Roll the dough into a rope

 

6. Divide the rope into 12 equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball

 

7. Cover the balls with plastic wrap, set aside to rise, until doubled in size

 

8. Heat a sauce pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the sauce pan, heat the oil until almost smoking, put the balls in the sauce pan, fry until golden

 

9. Take out the balls, dredge in coconut flour, until coated

 

10. Done
