Sauteed beef with potato chips

Ingredients

1 large potato

100 grams streaky pork

2 dried red chilies, sliced

5 green chilies

5 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon barbecue sauce

1 teaspoon fermented black bean

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Slice the streaky pork and garlic cloves, slice the green chilies on the bias

 

2. Peel and slice the potato, rinse

 

3. Immerse the potato chips in boiling water for 3 minutes, take out, drain

 

4. Heat a fry pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the pork in the fry pan, stir until the color is changed

 

5. Add the garlic, fermented black beans, and barbecue sauce in the fry pan, stir until even

 

6. Drop the green chilies in the fry pan, stir until even

 

7. Add the potato chips in the fry pan, stir until even

 

8. Add white sugar and oyster sauce in the fry pan, stir until even

 

9. Serve
