Buckwheat jelly salad


150 grams buckwheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 garlic cloves

1 cucumber

2 green chilies

1 tablespoon sesame butter

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil


1. Pour the buckwheat flour in a large bowl, add some salt in the bowl, add some water in the bowl, stir in one direction, until even and smooth


2. Set aside for 5 minutes


3. Pour the batter in a dish


4. Put the dish in the steamer, steam for 20 minutes


5. Take out the dish


6. Remove the buckwheat jelly from the dish, slice the jelly into diamonds


7. Slice crosswise the green chilies, smash the cucumber


8. Mince the garlic


9. Add sesame butter, some salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and some boiled water in another bowl, mix until even


10. Add the buckwheat jelly, cucumber, green chilies, and the mixed sauce in a large bowl, mix until even
