Ingredients
300 grams broccoli
5 garlic cloves
2 red chilies
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
1. Slice crosswise the red chilies, slice the broccoli into florets
2. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain
3. Add the red chilies and garlic in a small bowl
4. Add soy sauce in the bowl
5. Add sesame oil in the bowl
6. Add white sugar in the bowl
7. Add salt in the bowl
8. Heat the vegetable until shimmering, pour the oil in the bowl, mix until even
9. Add broccoli in a large bowl
10. Pour the mixed sauce in the bowl, mix until even
11. Serve
