Ingredients
400 grams long bean
8 red chilies
1 piece ginger
8 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
1. Trim the long beans, slice crosswise the long beans, immerse the long beans in salty water for 10 minutes
2. Slice crosswise the red chilies, chop the ginger and garlic
3. Put the long beans in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, take out, drain
4. Add the long beans in a large bowl, add ginger, garlic, and red chilies in the bowl
5. Add salt in the bowl
6. Add white sugar in the bowl
7. Add soy sauce in the bowl
8. Add vinegar in the bowl
9. Add chicken powder in the bowl
10. Add sesame seeds in the bowl
11. Add sesame oil in the bowl
12. Heat the vegetable oil, until almost smoking, pour the oil in the bowl
