Fried sesame pumpkin pancake


200 grams pumpkin

100 grams sweet rice flour

2 tablespoons milk powder

20 grams white sugar

2 tablespoons white sesame seed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Peel, slice, and steam the pumpkin, until fully cooked

4. Add milk powder in the bowl


5. Add sweet rice flour in the bowl


6. Mix until even, knead, roll the dough


7. Divide the dough into some pieces, roll each piece into a ball


8. Press each ball until flat, sprinkle the uncooked cakes with white sesame seeds, press gently until firmed


9. Heat a fry pan over low heat, grease the fry pan with vegetable oil, lay the cakes in the fry pan, fry until two sides are golden
