Black currant cookies


100 grams cake flour

1 teaspoon milk powder

50 grams corn oil

1 egg, beaten

35 grams powdered sugar

20 grams black currant

10 grams coconut flour

1 gram baking powder

20 almonds


1. Rinse and chop the black currants


2. Add corn oil and powdered sugar in a bowl, mix until even


3. Add some beaten egg in the bowl, mix until even


4. Sift cake flour, milk, and baking powder in the bowl


5. Mix until even, add the black currants in the bowl


6. Knead the dough until even


7. Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball, put all balls in the baking pan


8. Press each ball with your thumb


9. Brush each dough with beaten egg, put an almond on each dough


10. Preheat the oven to 175 °C, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 13 minutes, until golden


11. Take out the baking pan, serve
