Crispy almond cookies


160 grams cake flour

1 egg

50 grams powdered sugar

55 grams peanut oil

25 almonds

1 grams baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg yolk, beaten


1. Add cake flour and baking powder in a bowl, mix until even, set aside


2. Pour peanut oil in another bowl, crack the egg in the bowl, mix until even


3. Add powdered sugar in the bowl


4. Mix until even


5. Sift the cake flour mixture in the bowl


6. Mix with a spatula, until even and smooth


7. Divide the dough into 25 equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball, put the balls in the baking pan


8. Brush the balls with beaten egg yolk


9. Press each ball with an almond, until firmed


10. Preheat the oven to 175 °C, put the oven in the oven, bake for 15 minutes, until golden


11. Take out the baking pan, serve
