Deep fried mini hog dog


10 cocktail sausages

75 grams cake flour

110 grams milk

10 grams white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 grams baking powder

10 grams salad dressing

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups vegetable oil


1. Skewer each sausage with a toothpick, set aside


2. Add cake flour, white sugar, salt, ground black pepper, and baking powder in a bowl, mix until even


3. Pour salad dressing in the bowl


4. Pour milk in the bowl, mix until even


5. Dredge the cocktail sausages in the batter, until fully coated


6. Add a sauce pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the sauce pan, heat the oil until almost smoking, put the sausages in the sauce pan, fry until golden


7. Take out the sausages, serve
