Savoury purple cabbage salad


350 grams purple cabbage

10 grams parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

20 grams barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

20 grams garlic


1. Slice the parsley


2. Slice the purple cabbage


3. Chop the garlic, put the garlic in a small dish


4. Pour barbecue sauce and salt in the dish, mix until even


5. Pour soy sauce in the dish, mix until even

6. Drop the purple cabbage in boiling water, blanch for 3 minutes


7. Take out the purple cabbage, drain


8. Drop the purple cabbage and parsley in a mixing bowl, pour the sauce mixture from the dish in the mixing bowl, mix until even


9. Serve
