Green onion biscuit


150 grams cake flour

30 grams sliced green onion

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 grams baking soda

3 grams yeast

1 egg

30 grams peanut oil


1.Crack the egg in a large mixing bowl, add peanut oil, salt, and baking soda in the bowl, mix until even


2.Sift the cake flour and yeast in the bowl


3.Add the green onions in the bowl


4.Mix until even, knead the dough, roll the dough into a ball


5.Cover the dough with plastic wrap, set aside for 30 minutes


6.Roll down the dough until thin


7.Cut the dough with a cake cutter


8.Put the biscuits in a baking sheet


9.Make some holes in the biscuits with a fork, set aside to rise for 10 minutes
