Stewed vermicelli with flat bean


300 grams flat bean

100 grams vermicelli

150 grams lean pork

1 small bunch green onion

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

2 star anise

1 small bunch parsley


1. Slice the pork, slice the green onion and parsley, shred the ginger, trim the flat beans


2. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the star anise in the skillet, fry until fragrant, drop the green onion and ginger in the skillet, turn up to high heat, stir until fragrant


3. Add the pork in the skillet


4. Pour soy sauce in the skillet


5. Stir until even


6. Add the flat beans in the skillet


7. Stir until even


8. Season with salt


9. Pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil


10. Add the vermicelli in the skillet, bring to the boil


11. Turn down to medium heat, stew for 10 minutes, until moderately thickened


12. Season with chicken powder


13. Sprinkle the parsley in the skillet


14. Serve
