Soy bean and onion salad


150 grams soy bean, soaked

1/2 onion

1 green pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon chopped chili sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 piece ginger, sliced

1 small bunch green onion, sliced

2 star anise

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sesame oil


1. Dice the green pepper and onion


2. Rinse the soaked soy beans


3. Pour some water in a skillet, add the soy beans, green onion, ginger, star anise, and black peppers in the skillet, heat the skillet over high heat


4. Add some salt in the skillet


5. Season with chicken powder


6. Bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 10 minutes


7. Boil until thoroughly cooked


8. Take out the soy beans, drain, drop in a large bowl, add the green pepper and onion in the bowl


9. Add white sugar and soy sauce in the bowl


10. Add chopped chili sauce in the bowl


11. Pour sesame oil in the bowl


12. Mix until even


13. Serve
