Stewed frozen tofu with sea shrimp

Ingredients

150 grams frozen tofu

5 sea shrimp

1 tomato

100 grams pork

1 garlic bulb, minced

1 small bunch green onion

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 star anise

1 small bunch parsley, sliced

1 bowl broth

Method

1. Slice the frozen tofu into sticks

 

2. Slice the tomato, slice the green onion on the bias, shred the ginger

 

3. Slice the pork into thin slices

 

4. Devein and rinse the sea shrimp

 

5. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger and green onion in the skillet, stir until fragrant, add the sea shrimp in the skillet, fry until golden, take out sea shrimp, set aside

 

6. Add the star anise in the skillet, stir until fragrant, add the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Drop the pork in the skillet, turn up to high heat, stir until even

 

8. Pour some broth in the skillet

 

9. Stir until the pork is cooked through

 

10. Pour the remaining broth in the skillet

 

11. Add the frozen tofu and tomato in the skillet, bring to a boil

 

12. Season with salt and chicken powder

 

13. Stew for 10 minutes, add the sea shrimp in the skillet

 

14. Stew until the soup is thickened

 

15. Add the parsley in the skillet

 

16. Serve
