Sauteed shredded potato with shredded carrot


3 potatoes

1 green pepper

1/2 carrot

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 small bunch green onion

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


1. Peel the potatoes


2. Shred the potatoes


3. Slice the garlic and green pepper


4. Slice the green onion on the bias, shred the carrot


5. Blanch the carrot in salty boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain


6. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add the green onion and garlic in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, add ground black pepper and soy sauce in the fry pan, stir until even
