Purple cabbage smoked tofu salad


200 grams purple cabbage

4 pieces smoked tofu

1 garlic bulb, minced

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

1 green pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 tablespoon chili oil sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar


1. Rinse and chiffonade the purple cabbage


2. Slice the smoked tofu into sticks, slice the green pepper on the bias


3. Blanch the smoked tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain


4. Add the purple cabbage, smoked tofu, green pepper, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl


5. Add some chicken powder, salt, and white sugar in the bowl


6. Pour soy sauce in the bowl


7. Pour vinegar in the bowl


8. Add the chili oil sauce in the bowl


9. Mix until even
