Stewed webfoot octopus with radish and vermicelli

Ingredients

2 radishes

3 webfoot octopuses

100 grams vermicelli

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 tablespoon sliced green garlic

1 tablespoon sliced parsley

1 piece ginger

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

1. Gut the octopuses

 

2. Rinse repeatedly until clean, drain

 

3. Slice the radishes, shred the ginger

 

4. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan

 

5. Heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger and green garlic in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, add the radishes in the fry pan, stir until even

 

6. Pour soy sauce in the fry pan

 

7. Sprinkle with ground black pepper

 

8. Stir until even, turn off the heat, set aside

 

9. Heat a stew pan over high heat, pour some water in the stew pan, bring to a boil, add the vermicelli in the stew pan

 

10. Add the radish mixture in the stew pan

 

11. Season with salt and chicken powder

 

12. Bring to the boil, turn down to low heat, stew until the radish is cooked through

 

13. Add the octopuses in the stew pan

 

14. Turn up to high heat, bring to the boil

 

15. Boil until the octopuses is thoroughly cooked, add sesame oil in the stew pan

 

16. Drop the parsley in the stew pan

 

17. Serve
