Stewed tofu with shelled oyster


250 grams shelled oyster

350 grams tofu

1 small bunch green onion

1 small bunch parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon starch

1 teaspoon wolf berry


1. Dice the tofu


2. Slice the green onion and parsley


3. Blanch the tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain


4. Heat a stew pan over high heat, pour some water in the stew pan, add the blanched tofu in the stew pan, pour cooking wine in the stew pan


5. Season with salt, cover the stew pan with the lid, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, simmer for 5 minutes


6. Add the shelled oyster in the stew pan, turn up to high heat


7. Bring to the boil, season with chicken powder


8. Bring to the boil


9. Mix the starch with 1 tablespoon of water, pour the starch mixture in the stew pan, stir until even


10. Bring to the boil


11. Add parsley and green onion in the stew pan, turn off the heat


12. Pour sesame oil in the stew pan


13. Serve, top with wolf berries
